If you’re in New York, or visiting any time soon, there’s one exhibit that is definitely worth the price of admission* – the “Extinct and Endangered” show at the American Museum of Natural History. It consists of the tiniest of North American creatures, photographed in exquisite detail and enlarged to fill the walls, it is the purest form of eye candy I’ve seen in quite a while. They might be dismissed as bugs, but here they are truly beautiful.
